Dress Code:
Wear FORMAL ATTIRE (shirt with collar, can be any color but prefer with WHITE or LIGHT color)
Male: with tie
Female: may wear pants or skirt

SODEMC will provide blazer for those who don't have.

GROUP PHOTO/ CLASS PHOTO
Please choose a "theme", can wear any attire you wish
Example:
1. Pajamas/ sleepwear
2. Summer look/ swimsuit
3. Other
** Can choose OTHER THEME, not necessary to follow the example.

For groups that are conducting research outside UTAR, you need a permission letter to conduct your research.

The permission letter will be printed out by FGO office (with UTAR logo) and signed by the HOD.

Issue Regarding repeat AAP & Adv Tax

Dear All,

Please be informed that FBF will no open class(es) for AAP & Adv Tax
in this short trimester.

MSG FROM MR NIZAM-ACTING HOD
we only will open special class for following condison:

1. Student currently in final year and final semester and fail the subject
2. Student currently terminated categories and appealing.
Subject will be offered to repeat subject if sucessful in the appeal
3. Student currently in final year and final semester and has not taken the subject.

those who want to retake the subject to improve the result can register the subject when it's offered in long semester.

Since your group consist of various categories, we will consider to those fall into the above categories.

As an conclusion each of you have to write in to explain your case for consideration.

Registration of Repeat & Add/ Drop unit(s)

For those who want to repeat their failed unit(s) or those who are under probation, you may register on-line.

You may check the availability of seats of the unit(s) that you want to repeat via UTAR Portal (Student Intranet).

Please be informed that the faculty will open its online unit(s) registration starting from Monday, 18.10.2010 (8:30am) until Friday, 29.10.2010 (5:30pm).

For those who want to add / drop unit(s), you are also allowed to do the on-line registration.

Important Information

1. Students who are Not On Probation shall be allowed to register for a maximum of 12 credit hours and a minimum of 1 unit in a 7 lecture-week trimester.

2. Students who are On Probation shall be allowed to register for a maximum of 6 credit hours and a minimum of 1 unit in the 7 lecture-week trimester.
